Retail Sales Team Leader – Electronics

Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a Retail Sales Team Leader Electronics to oversee store operations lead the sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in electronics or retail sales environments.

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 24 years of experience in a Team Leader Supervisor or similar role
• Retail sales experience in electronics or gadgets is preferred
• Knowledgeable in laptops computers gadgets and accessories
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management
• Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented and organized

• Supervise daily store operations and staff performance
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Assist customers with electronics and technology product recommendations
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and operational compliance
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
• Conduct staff coaching and product training
• Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation
