Retail Sales Supervisor – Technology Products

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Supervisor Technology Products to oversee daily store operations lead the retail sales team and drive sales performance in BGC Taguig City. The ideal candidate has experience in retail supervision team management and customer service preferably with a background in selling laptops computers gadgets and technology accessories.

• College Level or College Graduate
• At least 24 years of experience in retail supervision sales leadership or team management
• Experience in gadget electronics computer or technology retail is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems inventory monitoring and stock management
• Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven organized and capable of meeting sales targets
• Willing to work on-site in BGC Taguig City from Monday to Saturday

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow and team productivity
• Monitor sales targets track performance and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives
• Supervise coach and motivate sales staff to improve product knowledge customer service and sales performance
• Assist customers with product recommendations inquiries and purchasing decisions involving laptops computers gadgets and technology accessories
• Monitor inventory levels ensure accurate stock records and coordinate timely stock replenishment
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper product merchandising store cleanliness and attractive product displays
• Monitor POS transactions and ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures
• Prepare and submit sales reports inventory updates and other operational reports
• Ensure the team consistently delivers excellent customer service and achieves store performance goals
