Job Summary
Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Licensed/Registered Engineer
Construction Safety Training
Training in hydropower construction
Masters Degree in Hydropower or related field
NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
FIDIC or contract administration training
Minimum 10 years in construction supervision
At least 57 years in hydropower or power projects
Experience in powerhouse civil and EM installation
Experience supporting testing and commissioning
Experience working with EPC contractors
Experience in large infrastructure projects preferred
Commissioning procedures knowledge
FIDIC contract familiarity
Environmental safeguards
BIM/digital tools
Claims awareness
Multilingual communication
Training/mentoring ability
