Job Summary
The R&D & Process Standardization Manager will lead product development recipe standardization and Bill of Materials (BOM) management ensuring seamless scaling from the test kitchen to F&B store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop document and standardize store-level F&B culinary processes recipes and prep workflows.
- Build and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) data for all menu items across F&B brands.
- Oversee quality assurance shelf-life testing ingredient evaluation and operational process control.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Food Technology or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in process standardization BOM management and operational quality control within F&B manufacturing or multi-unit F&B retail.
