QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- WIth at least 15 years of experience and 5 years of leadership experience
- Has experience in end-to-end process of food ingredients development
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee all research and development activities including product development process improvement and system innovation.
- Manage projects from concept to launch ensuring objectives timelines and documentation requirements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and product development goals.
- Provide expertise in product development quality and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory quality and safety standards through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality consumer acceptance and business sustainability.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in food safety risk management and shelf-life evaluation.
