  • Guardians of the Vitals: You serve as the first line of defense triaging incoming health data and alerts with precision to distinguish between a technical glitch and a critical health event that requires immediate action.

  • The Compliance Catalyst: You drive patient adherence by proactively reaching out with empathy and clarity ensuring patients stay consistent with their devices so their healthcare journey stays on track.

  • Seamless Clinical Handshakes: You act as the vital link between patients and providers expertly escalating high-priority concerns to Nurse Practitioners or Pharmacists so that medical interventions happen exactly when they are needed.

  • Audit-Ready Precision: You maintain the Source of Truth by documenting every interaction in real-time ensuring that every patient file is meticulous HIPAA-compliant and ready for clinical review at a moments notice.



Requirements
Is This You
  • Medical Fluency: You have a solid grasp of medical terminology (perhaps from a background in Nursing MedTech or Pharma) and can translate complex data into clear calm conversations for patients.

  • The Patient Communicator: You are a master of mirroring; you have the patience and professional demeanor to slow down and speak clearly when assisting elderly patients making them feel comfortable and heard.

  • Process Disciplined: You find rhythm in repetitive tasks and have the grit to follow strict SOPs without ever cutting cornersyou believe that if it wasnt documented in real-time it didnt happen.

  • Tech-Savvy: You can navigate multiple CRMs EHR systems and Google Sheets simultaneously without breaking a sweat and youre quick to learn tools like Chronic Care IQ or CureMD.
