Job Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business Economics or related fields.
• Preferably with experience in FMCG account management and sales.
• Strong leadership background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with strong decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO GMP HACCP and HALAL standards.
• With drivers license restriction
• Willing to do fieldwork.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide subordinates in achieving business goals.
• Oversee the overall performance of the assigned area/team.
• Establish a course of action to achieve specific goals including planning and proper allocation of assignments to personnel.
• Manage subordinates effectively and efficiently by assigning duties to the appropriate individuals.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance subordinates skills and competencies.
• Identify problems and their causes gather relevant information and develop alternative courses of action for decision-making.
• Evaluate the performance of sales supervisors coordinators and salesmen.
• Conduct trade checks and address concerns from the field.
