Job Summary
- Lead overall business operations in the Luzon region to meet revenue profitability and performance goals.
- Control operating costs and maximize revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong supplier franchisee and stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze business operations identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with department teams to evaluate and pursue new market opportunities.
- Ensure operational alignment with company vision mission and strategic objectives.
- Oversee regional compliance process improvements and quality standards.
- Coach and mentor leaders across functions to strengthen organizational capability.
- Bachelors degree in Business Studies Management or related field.
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience preferably in the food or retail industry.
- Proven leadership in franchising manufacturing logistics commissary and food industry operations.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding financial and operational targets.
- Strong strategic thinking leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; background in project management preferred.

Required Skills:

Required Education:
