Recruiting Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods including job boards social media and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
• Providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates and maintaining a talent pipeline for future openings.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills a keen eye for talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in using social media for recruitment will be advantageous.
