SCHEDULE: M-F. 9 PM - 6 AM Manila

SET UP: On-site in Circuit Makati

Carenet Health is seeking a high-volume recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and communication with hiring managers and cross-functional teams while supporting multiple hiring initiatives across a variety of roles and business needs.

• Track candidates in the recruiting process and develop daily metric reporting
• Source and recruitcandidates by using databases/colleges/social media
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications
• Assess applicantsrelevant knowledge skills soft skillsexperience and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply HRrecruiting best practices
• Promote companys reputation
• Conduct Interviews
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Manage assessments and testing
• Extend offer letters
• Recruit candidates in a timely manner and hit all recruiting goals

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in BPO Volume hiring setting.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
