Real Estate Valuer

• Support the Valuation team in preparing valuation reports for clients which include:
  • o Physical inspection of the property subject to valuation
  • o On-site market research and desktop research
  • o Preparing market data and conducting analysis to come up with value indications
  • o Writing valuation reports
  • o Discussing and presenting the valuation process and the value conclusion to clients and other interested parties
• Gather information on real estate listings and transactions
• Organize and maintain databases for internal use
• Conduct market interviews qualitative and quantitative research when needed including regular field work
• Respond to queries of valuers and clients regarding the listings and transactions

Qualifications :

• Graduate of Engineering (Civil Mechanical) Real Estate Management or business (Finance Management) courses
• At least five (5) years of industry experience is required
• Must be a licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Proficiency in income approaches to valuation is an advantage
• Licensed Real Estate Broker and/or licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantage
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
