Real Estate Cold Caller / Market Research VA
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate cold calling market research and real estate wholesaling. The ideal candidate will contact homeowners gather property information identify potential investment opportunities and negotiate with homeowners to help secure potential deals.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners and property owners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and real estate investment opportunities.
- Gather information about property conditions ownership selling timelines and asking prices.
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify motivated sellers.
- Negotiate with homeowners regarding property prices and potential deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the appropriate team member.
- Track market trends and provide relevant research to support real estate wholesaling activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate cold calling real estate wholesaling or real estate lead generation is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good research and data-gathering skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to build rapport with homeowners and handle objections professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs lead generation tools and property research platforms is an advantage.
