Acciona is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pampanga. The role involves managing cost estimation quantity take-offs and project progress tracking for civil and infrastructure works.Job Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) including comprehensive quantity take-offs based on project drawings.
- Manage and oversee the estimating process for civil works and other related construction activities ensuring consistency and completeness.
- Review and analyze all available drawings and project documents to ensure that cost estimates are precise reliable and aligned with design requirements.
- Take full responsibility for the preparation of monthly production reports and progress quantities ensuring all measurements and calculations are accurate and properly documented.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g. drainage systems tunnels bridges and buildings).
- Hands-on experience in the preparation of IPA/IPC
