Job Summary

The QMS Manager is responsible for implementing monitoring and improving the companys Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards and internal policies. This role ensures consistent product service and operational quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO or company standards.
• Conduct internal audits process reviews and quality inspections.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead corrective/preventive actions.
• Train and guide employees on quality standards procedures and policies.
• Prepare QMS reports dashboards and documentation for management review.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance across operations.
• Support certification processes and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field.
• 58 years of experience in quality management with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QMS implementation.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership communication and training abilities.
