The Quality Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring daily execution of quality standards at warehouse level focusing on SOP compliance team discipline task distribution and operational consistency. The role ensures that all quality-related processes are properly executed and sustained at ground level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Quality Execution & SOP Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across warehouse operations
Conduct daily checks on collecting packing and dispatch activities
Identify and correct operational errors immediately
2. Task Distribution & Workforce Stability
Ensure proper distribution of tasks across team members
Maintain cross-training to avoid single-point dependency
Ensure operations continue smoothly even during absenteeism
3. Team Coaching & Capability Development
Conduct regular refresher training on SOPs and quality standards
Reinforce awareness of proper procedures and operational discipline
Support development of consistent team performance
4. Operational Issue Handling
Address daily quality issues at warehouse level
Coordinate with Officer/Management for escalations when needed
Ensure timely resolution of recurring operational gaps
5. Quality Data Support & Reporting
Support maintenance of quality records (DM damage files SCB/SRD)
Ensure accurate encoding and updating of operational quality data
Assist in preparation of DDR and warehouse damage reports
6. Coordination with Other Departments
Communicate quality issues to RTM Warehouse Operations and Admin
Ensure timely feedback loop for operational corrections
Support implementation of agreed improvements
Key Requirements
College graduate or equivalent experience
At least 13 years experience in warehouse operations or quality support
Strong understanding of SOP compliance and operational discipline
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
