Job Summary
- Test Leadership & Delivery
- Lead testing activities across multiple projects and product releases.
- Own quality outcomes for assigned initiatives.
- Develop and oversee test strategies plans and schedules.
- Ensure adequate test coverage across functional integration regression performance and UAT activities.
- Monitor testing progress and manage risks.
- Provide quality status reporting to project managers and stakeholders.
- Support release readiness reviews and production deployments.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals.
- Conduct performance reviews and development planning.
- Assist with recruitment onboarding and capability development.
- Develop career pathways for testers and automation engineers.
- Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Build and maintain a high-performing Philippines QA capability.
- Drive automation adoption across projects.
- Define automation roadmaps and priorities.
- Improve automation coverage and efficiency.
- Review and approve automation frameworks and standards.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual testing effort.
