Key Responsibilities
- Lead the investigation and resolution of External Failure Analysis Requests (EFARs) and customer complaints.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in root cause analysis corrective actions and completion of 8D reports.
- Drive timely closure of customer and internal quality issues while ensuring effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Manage and coordinate quality concerns within the Assembly Front of Line manufacturing process.
- Review monitor and ensure timely completion and approval of GMRB dispositions.
- Monitor quality metrics identify trends and implement improvements to reduce defects and improve process performance.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering Supply Chain and other support functions to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Support audits customer visits and quality system compliance activities as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in manufacturing quality customer complaint investigation and root cause analysis.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including 8D CAPA FMEA SPC and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to closure.
- Six Sigma certification is an advantage; Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
