Job Summary
- Seeking a Quality Assurance Documentation Controller to support end-to-end quality checks and maintain controlled up-to-date documentation for assigned processes.
- The role combines quality assurance activities with document control responsibilities to ensure accuracy version consistency and compliance readiness. This role is critical for ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and that documentation supports internal and client needs.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of work outputs against established requirements checklists and acceptance criteria
- Conduct document verification for completeness correctness formatting standards and consistency across related files.
- Manage document control activities including creation revision approval routing filing and archival.
- Maintain accurate version control and ensure only the latest approved documents are in use.
- Track document status (draft under review approved obsolete) and maintain audit-ready documentation records.
- Support development and updates of quality procedures templates and documentation standards as needed.
- Review records for traceability ensuring supporting evidence aligns with the relevant process or task.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps discrepancies and non-conformities.
- Prepare clear QA and documentation reports including summary of findings required corrections and closure status.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Industrial Engineering or Engineering-related courses is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance document control compliance support or a related function.
- Knowledge of document control principles including versioning approval workflows and record traceability.
- Experience creating reviewing and maintaining SOPs checklists templates and document registers.
- Proficiency with document management tools and common productivity software (e.g. MS Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint or equivalent).
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices such as defect tracking root-cause thinking and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing outputs and maintaining document consistency.
- Clear written communication skills for documenting findings changes and recommendations.
- Ability to organize work manage multiple document sets and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Professional judgment in flagging non-conformities and escalating issues when needed.

What You Bring Were looking for someone who: Proven experience in a senior systems administrator or equivalent role Experience managing complex network environments or working within an MSP or MSSP Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies including Active Directory Azure AD Microsoft 365 and Windows Server Advanced networking capability across routing switching firewalls VPN wireless and SD-WAN Experience with virtualisation platforms including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and operational practices Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS environments Experience with backup platforms such as Veeam and Metallic Exposure to MSSQL or Oracle is advantageous
