PTP Accounts Payable Team Lead

Responsibilities:

The Employee will:

• Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices employee invoices and inter-companyinvoices in line with companies policies and procedures. Proper reconciliation of supplier accounts employeeaccounts and confirmation of inter-company balances.
• Work continuously in improving the processes withinthe Account Payable team.
• Lead in ensuring the timely conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders ensuringthe dispatch of purchase orders to vendors and ensuring purchase orders are closed as per desired timeline.
• Manage the tracking of vendor contracts to ensure that there is enough lead time in the re-negotiation orrenewal of the contracts.
• Manage the accurate set up of vendor data inside the system.
• Work continuously in improving the processes within the Procurement & Accounts Payable team.

Qualifications:

• BS Accountancy Management or any related course
• 5 years broad range experience in procurement and/or supply chain function with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position
• Graduate of a four year course preferably business related
• Sound ERP and Supplier Relationship Management knowledge
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Powerpoint Excel and Word
• Excellent analytical skills and ands on knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• Excellent understanding of the business ideally with anin-depth knowledge of customer service operation / Finance processes
• Excellent leadership skills especially in area of remote staff management.
• Excellent negotiation skills- at highest level (capable of representing business in major customer negotiation /complex payment / allocation issues
• Able to establish credibility with internal /external customers able to tackle major customer related issues
