Protocol Supervisor

Your responsibility and punctuality will be crucial in ensuring that our front-line services run without disruptions.

You will be expected to:

• Ensure inspection booking are following customers requirements.
• Communicate with customers suppliers and back-office teams to ensure inspection booking containing all necessary information and all elements are clarified before proceeding with the inspection.
• Quote the inspection order based on the estimated workload and following quotation rules.
• Be the link between the inspectors on-site in the factories and our customers all over the world.
• Other tasks are arranged by the management team.

Qualifications :

It could be you if you have:

• A college degree or higher
• Technical expertise in Textile Footwear Fabric Leather or consumer goods.
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Skills open learning AI tools

It also helps if you:

• Have 2-4 years of work experience preferably in quality control and/or quality checking
• Pay a lot of attention to detail even when working fast and meeting tight deadlines
• Has a supervisory experience (but not required)
