Property Leasing Manager (Commercial Residential Retail Leisure)
Paranaque City On-site Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Property Leasing Manager to oversee and optimize leasing performance across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial retail residential and leisure properties. This role is responsible for maximizing occupancy driving revenue growth building strong tenant relationships and ensuring that all leasing activities align with the companys strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across all property types
• Identify and secure prospective tenants through market research networking and outreach
• Negotiate lease terms contracts and renewals to ensure favorable agreements
• Manage end-to-end leasing processes from prospecting to contract execution
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective property campaigns and promotions
• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage renewals and long-term occupancy
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and rental benchmarks to inform pricing strategies
• Prepare leasing reports forecasts and performance analysis for management
• Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and company policies in all leasing transactions
• Coordinate with property management finance and legal teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in property leasing or real estate management (multi-sector experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of leasing contracts property laws and market dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
• Results-oriented with strong sales and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management/leasing software
