Our Strategic Transformation Office Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City as a Project Manager. In this role you will lead and manage technology-driven projects from initiation through completion ensuring successful delivery within scope timeline and budget. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive project execution manage risks optimize resources and deliver innovative solutions that support the Banks strategic objectives.

What the role will entail

• Lead end-to-end project planning execution monitoring and delivery of technology and innovation initiatives.
• Define project requirements establish project plans and timelines and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers business analysts QA specialists designers and infrastructure teams.
• Manage Agile and Scrum project delivery frameworks including sprint planning progress tracking retrospectives and release management.
• Monitor project budgets resource allocation utilization and overall project performance.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies while ensuring timely escalation of critical concerns.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status milestones and deliverables.

What were looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management Software Development or a related technology leadership role.
• Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira Trello Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
