Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee largescale complex engineering and construction programs across multiple military installations in the Philippines. The objective is to synthesize complex projectlevel data into actionable intelligence enabling Government leadership to maintain proactive program controls budget discipline and schedule alignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct largescale engineering and construction programs consolidating projectlevel data into enterpriselevel insights for strategic decisionmaking.
• Provide feasibility evaluations construction methodology recommendations portfolio resource allocation strategies and quality trend assessments.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated Program Risk Register; identify systemic environmental geopolitical and supplychain threats; quantify impacts; and develop mitigation/recovery strategies.
• Deliver regular risk assessments progress reports and actionable recommendations to ensure proactive program controls budget discipline and schedule alignment across the portfolio.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Program Management Professional (PgMP) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Minimum of 10 years experience managing complex engineering and construction programs preferably across multiple sites or installations.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable intelligence for executive leadership.
• Strong expertise in risk management feasibility analysis and program controls.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
