Job Summary
What Program and Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Enterprise Strategy Planning and Execution is responsible for planning developing communicating implementation and evaluating programs that involve working with external entities and their corresponding resources as well as with the companys internal resources. May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project. Works within the constraints of budget schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 4 years experience in related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred
- Presentation skills required; must demonstrate clear concise articulation of proposed plans
- Must be flexible and adaptable; must demonstrate good judgement tact discretion and diplomacy in decision making authority
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners and senior management.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize; ability to plan organize monitor and conclude a project
- Has experience in leading virtual project teams
- Flexible to work night shift
Open to internal employees who have been in P2/M1/P3 level for a minimum of 1 year.
Involvement in transitions/launches/projects is a requirement for internal candidates.

- May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
