We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage road/highway construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered)
- Minimum of 10 years total experience in civil engineering
- At least 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager in road/highway projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies project scheduling and contract management
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera or equivalent)
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of road/highway infrastructure projects
- Develop project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations
- Ensure compliance with project specifications engineering standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with clients contractors consultants and government agencies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee site activities ensuring safety quality and environmental standards are met
- Review and approve project deliverables variations and progress billings
- Lead project meetings and ensure alignment among all project stakeholders
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
