Project Accountant- SEA & Pacific

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project budgets forecasts costs revenue and overall project performance

• Prepare and maintain project financial reports accruals forecasts and performance analysis

• Manage client invoicing activities including billing preparation submission tracking and coordination of payment follow-ups

• Support project managers in tracking project progress deliverables risks and commercial performance

• Ensure billing revenue recognition and project activities align with contractual terms and company processes

• Maintain accurate project documentation records and reporting data throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve project billing or reporting issues in a timely manner

• Contribute to process improvements reporting efficiencies and overall project control activities to support successful project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance Engineering or related field

• Experience in project coordination project controls commercial support or project finance

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Proficient in Excel and project reporting tools

• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience in project-based environments such as consulting engineering or construction is an advantage.
