Project Overview

We are looking for a qualified Structural Engineer based in or near Angeles City Pampanga to assess an existing two-story office building and provide recommendations for the necessary structural reinforcement.

The selected engineer will coordinate with our management team conduct an on-site assessment explain the proposed structural solutions and provide a quotation for the required engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an on-site structural assessment of an existing two-story office building.

• Evaluate the buildings current structural condition and identify potential reinforcement requirements.

• Recommend appropriate structural reinforcement solutions based on professional assessment.

• Provide structural calculations design plans technical specifications or other engineering deliverables as required.

• Prepare a quotation for the proposed engineering services and estimated timeline.

• Coordinate with management regarding project requirements and technical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with relevant structural engineering experience.

• Experience in structural assessment retrofitting reinforcement or renovation of existing buildings.

• Experience with commercial or office buildings is an advantage.

• Able to provide a portfolio or references for previously completed projects.

• Based in or able to service Angeles City Pampanga.

• Available for an initial meeting and on-site inspection.
