- Full-time Fixed term contract until 30 June 2027
- Reports to International Programs Manager
- Annual salary (inclusive of 13th month) between PHP 859302.00 to PHP.00 (Band 7) commensurate to experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience providing administrative or project support in a busy environment.
- Confidence in handling invoices purchase orders payments and other financial documentation accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities meet deadlines and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and experience using finance HR or other business systems.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while following established processes and guidelines.
- Experience supporting HR recruitment onboarding or coordination activities would be advantageous.
- An interest in or experience working in the not-for-profit government or international development sector would be advantageous.
- Administration & Program Coordination. Organisation scheduling travel events meetings logistics and general program support.
- Financial Administration. Invoices purchase orders reimbursements payments budget tracking and reconciliation.
- HR & Recruitment Support. Recruitment coordination onboarding personnel records contracts and induction.
- Compliance Records & Data Management. Maintaining records databases compliance documentation audits due diligence and reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication & Support. Working with program teams Finance HR Communications suppliers applicants volunteers and participants.
- Communications & Brand Engagement. Social media coordination content collection program stories events and engagement reporting.

Role overview:
As Program Support Officer you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative and operational support to AVIs International Services programs helping ensure programs are delivered efficiently accurately and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. The position supports financial administration procurement travel recruitment onboarding record management and program reporting while maintaining accurate documentation and databases.
The role also acts as a key liaison between program teams and corporate services including Finance Human Resources Program Support and Communications ensuring information and requests are coordinated effectively. Through strong attention to detail proactive coordination and a focus on continuous improvement the role contributes to streamlined administration and effective program delivery.
