Job Description:

Role Summary

Responsible for the development design implementation and delivery of technical training programs for internal personnel. Programs are focused on building product platform and technicalproficiencyto improve performance accelerate onboarding and support organizationalobjectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver multi-level technical training programs aligned to business priorities and support goals
• Assess technical training needs across teams andidentifyskill gaps
• Translate complex technical concepts (e.g. systems tools APIs platforms) into clear consumable training content
• Partner with subject matter experts to developaccurateand relevant technical curriculum
• Develop andmaintaintraining materials including documentation labs simulations and knowledge base content
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions ensuring participation and completion tracking
• Maintain detailed training records and learner progress metrics
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments performance data and feedback loops
• Provide coaching mentoring and hands-on guidance to learners
• Conduct technical skills assessments and communicate readiness levels to leadership
• Utilize a mix of modern learning methodologies including:
  • Hands-on labs and real-world scenarios
  • Simulation-based learning
  • Self-paced and digital learning modules
  • Just-in-time training and knowledge reinforcement
  • Automated creation of training environments for hands-on technical training lessons

• Monitor training program effectiveness and continuously improve based on outcomes and business needs

Qualifications & Experience

• Established individual contributor with experience in technical training enablement or instructional design
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences (e.g. support engineers new hires cross-functional teams)
• Experience working with technical systems tools or platforms (e.g. support tools APIs cloud services knowledge management systems like Document360)
• Demonstrated ability to manage moderately complex technical projects and initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complex technical challenges
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear communication
• Proficiencywith training tools content systems and learning technologies
• Comfortable collaborating with senior engineers architects and SMEs
• Proficiencywith AI based training tools( etc.)
• Proficiencywith creating technical training courses using containers to create training environments andinteractive technical courses for hands-on learning

Education & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical training enablement or a related function
• At least 1 year of role-specific experience in delivering technical training programs
• Experience with any of the following technologies: PythonRelational and Couchbase Databases
