By joining us as a Prodouct Compliance Analyst II you will actively engage manage monitor and ensure the compliance of Business Unit articles in terms of Global Conflict Minerals Laws such as Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502 and other relevant new and/or existing Product Compliance regulations such as REACH PFAS and etc.

As a Product Compliance Analyst II you will:

  • Conduct thorough investigations to trace the origins of minerals used in products to identify any potential source from conflict-affected regions.
  • Analyze data related to mineral sourcing supplier information and compliance reports to assess the risk of conflict minerals in the supply chain.
  • Facilitate Conflict Minerals Training Sessions (Internal and External Customers).
  • Provide assessment updates to the business point of contact and requestor
  • Conduct REACH Article 33 Notifications and SCIP Notifications for Waste Framework Directive.

Required Education Experience & Skills:

Bachelors degree in STEM related courses / any courses with project management background with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams SharePoint

Preferably with working knowledge of Materials Chemicals and Environmental laws and legislation.
