Product Analyst (Procurement Systems) supports operational management of procurement platforms ensuring users suppliers and stakeholders receive timely support and systems remain optimized.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage support requests tickets and operational issues across procurement platforms.
- Serve as first-level support for platform-related questions troubleshooting and escalations.
- Assist with platform updates such as user maintenance permissions and access requests.
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal IT teams software vendors and external implementation partners.
- Maintain and track open issues defects enhancement requests and vendor follow-ups to completion.
Supplier Enablement & Catalog Support: Support supplier onboarding efforts and help drive supplier adoption across procurement technologies.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities integrations catalog implementations and punchout enablement.
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect required setup documentation forms pricing files and technical requirements.
- Track supplier onboarding timelines deliverables and dependencies.
- Assist in evaluating supplier expansion opportunities based on spend trends and business demand.
- Support rollout plans for new suppliers and marketplaces.
Reporting Analytics & Spend Management: Provide reporting and analytical support to drive informed decision-making and track platform performance.
- Build maintain and distribute recurring operational and executive reports.
- Analyze spend adoption user activity supplier utilization and contract compliance.
- Support annual target tracking for platform spend supplier utilization and revenue goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on usage trends and operational data.
User Enablement Training & Change Management: Support end-user adoption through training documentation and process communication.
- Coordinate user onboarding and registration activities across supported platforms.
- Create and maintain training guides SOPs knowledge base articles FAQs and job aids.
- Support live training sessions office hours recorded training modules and platform refreshers.
- Partner with Change Management and Operations teams on communication strategies and rollout campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and reduce support requests.
Project Management & Strategic Initiative Support: Support ongoing technology initiatives system enhancements and vendor evaluations.
- Support project plans timelines action logs and stakeholder follow-up across initiatives.
- Assist with RFI/RFP preparation vendor research requirements gathering and evaluation scoring.
- Coordinate meetings requirements sessions testing and implementation activities.
- Support rollout planning for new technology capabilities or suppliers.
- Track project milestones risks and dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Information Systems Finance Operations or related field preferred.
- 25 years of experience in business operations procurement systems administration business analysis or related field.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms or procurement technologies preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with procurement procure-to-pay supplier management or supply chain operations.
- Experience with change management user training or platform adoption initiatives.
- Experience supporting vendor integrations punchouts or supplier catalogs.
- Experience with dashboarding or business intelligence tools.
