Now were looking for a Procurement Supervisor will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from managing supplier performance procurement processes and stakeholder requirements while driving cost savings process improvements and compliance with company policies to overseeing the procurement team and end-to-end purchasing activities ensuring timely cost-effective and quality sourcing of goods and services.

• Managing a full procurement process which includes sourcing and managing of vendors and stakeholders according to SLAs creating and reviewing spec sheets and quotes site inspections payment processing etc.
• General work reporting.
• Miscellaneous tasks needed within the Procurement team.
• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors quantities prices) into internal databases.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Manager
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises..

• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer Procurement Officer Purchasing Agent or similar role;
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching evaluating and liaising with vendors);
• Strong Negotiation skills;
• BS in Logistics Business Administration or relevant field;
• Understanding of procurement procedures.
