Job Summary
Position Overview:
As a Process Engineer you will play a critical role in designing optimizing and enforcing standardized workflows across multiple operational role is highly analytical and requires strong ownership of end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Nightshift
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building IT Park Lahug Cebu City Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Engineering and Optimization
- Map analyze and optimize operational workflows across administrative medical and portfolio management functions
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve speed accuracy and scalability
Standard Work and SOP Implementation
- Develop document and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure adherence to standardized processes to achieve consistent defect-free output
Throughput and Performance Management
- Monitor operational KPIs on a weekly basis
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to maximize throughput and reduce variance
System Integration and Project Execution
- Support system migrations and backend operational integrations
- Ensure seamless coordination across platforms and cross-functional teams
Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Conduct structured root cause analysis on operational inefficiencies
- Perform regular reviews to evaluate process improvements and their impact on scalability and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred)
- 3 years of experience in process engineering BPO operations or continuous improvement roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in workflow mapping tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently in a high-performance results-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary: 18000 PHP 32000 PHP
- Quarterly performance bonus: Up to 25000 PHP
