Job Summary
- Build Modern Internal Platforms Work on business-critical systems including CRM ATS HR training and operational platforms that support the entire organization.
- Work with New Microsoft Technologies Gain exposure to Azure automation AI initiatives integrations and modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric.

- Develop and support Azure-based solutions and integrations
- Design scalable maintainable and secure systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications and services
- Connect systems across Sales Recruitment HR Finance and Operations
- Develop integrations using APIs and automation tools
- Improve business processes through automation and workflow optimization
- Support the use of Azure Microsoft 365 and modern Microsoft technologies
- Work with structured data and system integrations
- Assist with the adoption of Microsoft Fabric and related data solutions
- Work directly with department managers and senior business leaders
- Provide technical recommendations and solution options
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a practical and understandable way

- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric is highly regarded
- Experience contributing to solution design architecture or technical planning
- 5 years experience in platform engineering systems engineering cloud engineering application engineering or similar roles
- Experience delivering technology projects from requirements through to implementation
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
- Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile Waterfall or hybrid project environments
- Demonstrated ownership of systems projects or business-critical initiatives
- Interest in taking on greater responsibility and growing into future leadership opportunities
- Microsoft Fabric experience
- Power Platform or Dynamics 365 experience
- SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Exposure to cloud migration automation or digital transformation projects
