Power BI Data Analyst

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Power BI Data Analyst to transform customer and business data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports. This role will support CRM initiatives business strategy and data-driven decision-making across multiple teams.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze customer and CRM data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Support CRM strategies through performance reporting and data analysis.
• Create reports for Marketing Sales and business leaders.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Recommend process improvements and reporting automation.
• Support data-driven initiatives that improve customer engagement and retention.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced experience with Power BI DAX and data visualization.
• Experience working with CRM or customer data.
• Knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
• Strong analytical reporting and systematic problem-solving skills.
