Job Summary

AT A GLANCE
We are looking for a highly experienced Master Editor / Post Production Supervisor to lead and elevate our Post Production Unit. This role serves as the teams senior technical authority mentor and operational leader responsible for strengthening post-production capabilities improving workflows ensuring quality standards and optimizing team performance.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in video editing motion graphics post-production workflows finishing audio and delivery processes while also having strong leadership experience in coaching creative teams managing workloads and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

DIGITAL WORK MADE REFRESHING
Post Production Leadership
  • Serve as the senior technical lead and escalation point for all post-production concerns.
  • Provide expert guidance on editing motion graphics compositing audio finishing color workflows and delivery requirements.
  • Review critical projects to ensure creative and technical excellence.
Team Development & Mentorship
  • Mentor editors motion graphic artists and post-production staff.
  • Conduct skills assessments and identify development opportunities.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions peer reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities.
Team & Resource Management
  • Manage team capacity assignments timelines and project priorities.
  • Ensure workloads are distributed effectively across available resources.
  • Identify bottlenecks risks and resource gaps before they impact delivery.
  • Work closely with Department Heads to align manpower requirements with project demands.
Capability Building & Process Improvement
  • Audit the teams current strengths weaknesses and technical readiness.
  • Develop long-term capability-building plans.
  • Recommend improvements in workflows project organization review processes file management and delivery procedures.
  • Evaluate and implement tools plugins AI-assisted workflows and emerging technologies that improve productivity and quality.
Creative & Quality Assurance
  • Establish and maintain post-production standards across all output.
  • Provide guidance on storytelling pacing editing techniques audio graphics integration and finishing quality.
  • Promote best practices and continuous innovation within the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Producers Directors Creatives Accounts and stakeholders to support project planning and execution.
  • Provide realistic timelines technical recommendations and risk assessments.
  • Ensure creative vision is executed effectively throughout post-production.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts Film Digital Media Advertising or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
  • At least 5 years of post-production experience preferably in a leadership role such as Master Editor Lead Editor Post Production Supervisor or Post Production Manager.
  • Post Production Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of the complete post-production pipeline including:
      • Offline & online editing
      • Edit finishing
      • Motion graphics
      • Compositing
      • Audio post-production
      • Basic color workflow
      • File management
      • Delivery and mastering
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical post-production issues and provide expert guidance.
    • Strong creative judgment and quality control capabilities.
    • Experienced in reviewing approving and ensuring premium-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and industry standards.

    Required Skills:

    - With at least 1 years of work experience in production research and editing - Should be able to manage multiple projects - Has excellent problem-solving skills - Must be strategic with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills - Has excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino - Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
