Job Summary
Were looking for a Policy Governance Senior Analyst to join our Integrated Compliance this role you are expected to coordinate Policy Governance services oversee policy management processes maintain the operating model for policy and data management support Policy Sponsors and Managers and manage the SharePoint repository for policies and key documents while reviewing and coordinating compliance assessments across stakeholders and driving communication issue resolution and continuous process improvements.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support Policy Governance Team services.
Oversee policy management processes to ensure compliance with minimum requirements.
Maintain and update the operating model for policy and data management.
Support Policy Sponsors and Managers in governance and compliance activities.
Manage and administer the SharePoint repository for policies and key documents.
Review document and coordinate policy compliance assessments across stakeholders.
Drive stakeholder communication issue resolution and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Education Legal Finance Business or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management process improvements business writing and process documentation.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Use these skills while working with stakeholders from different levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational multi-tasking analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel Teams Outlook ChatMFC and SharePoint.
Solid digital fluency skills: knowledge of or ability to learn applicable compliance or business systems.
Basic to Intermediate project management skills
Demonstrates awareness of others time commitments and manages resources to effectively accomplish work within the established timelines.
