PMO Knowledge Management Analyst

As a PMO Knowledge Management Analyst youll join our global HR PMO team supporting how we capture organize and share knowledge across the organization to help teams work smarter and more effectively.

You dont need to have all the answers right away well invest in your growth help you build foundational skills in knowledge and project management and give you the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

What Youll Do

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of knowledge management systems and processes.
• Collect validate and organize data from multiple sources to prepare clear accurate reporting materials for stakeholders.
• Document processes assist with periodic reviews and help keep materials current and relevant.
• Help track project timelines milestones and key updates contributing to status reports trackers and meeting notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and regions to help communicate strategies processes and policies effectively.
  

What Were Looking For

• A degree in Business Human Resources or a related field.
• An eagerness to learn and grow in knowledge management project management or HR operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfort working in a global environment including flexibility to adjust hours when needed to support international teams.
• The initiative to work independently and a collaborative mindset that thrives in a team setting.
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to knowledge management project management or HR-related work through internships coursework or early career roles.
• Basic familiarity with Agile ways of working or an interest in learning them.
• Experience with tools such as project trackers or HR platforms (full training provided).
