Planning and Control Manager (Pakil)

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Construction Management or equivalent

• Masters Degree in Engineering Project Management or Business Administration (MBA)

• Professional Engineer (PRC Licensed Engineer or equivalent)

• Primavera P6 Certification or demonstrated advanced proficiency
• Minimum 1215 years of engineering/project management experience.

• At least 8 years in project planning and controls

• Experience in dam hydropower pumped storage water resources or major infrastructure projects

• Experience using Primavera P6 in large-scale projects

• Experience preparing executive reports and project dashboards
• Primavera P6

• Microsoft Project

• Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Project scheduling techniques

• Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Cost control and forecasting

• Critical Path Method (CPM)

• Engineering design coordination

• Risk management

• Excellent report writing

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of dam and hydropower construction methodologies

• Understanding of FIDIC contract administration
