Job Summary

Overview

We are a fast-growing snack brand focused on clean-ingredient candied nuts and organic dried fruit products. Our products are sold across major retail marketplace and e-commerce channels. We are seeking a highly analytical execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to help scale profitable growth across digital platforms.

This is not a brand awareness role. We are looking for an expert who deeply understands performance marketing marketplace algorithms contribution margin and how to profitably scale a consumable CPG brand. We care far more about profitable growth operational thinking and scalability than vanity metrics.

Full time (40 hours per week)

Working Hours - 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST

Rate: 12 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketplace & Paid Media Management
  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display and DSP.
  • Manage Walmart Connect campaigns and improve performance on .
  • Launch manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Google Ads (Search Shopping YouTube Performance Max) and TikTok Shop/TikTok Ads.
  • Manage Reddit advertising campaigns and evaluate additional retail media initiatives like Instacart Ads.
  • Support visibility growth and expansion on Faire and other marketplace channels.
  1. Performance Optimization & Logistics
  • Focus relentlessly on improving TACOS ROAS contribution margin and overall profitability.
  • Conduct keyword research bid optimization audience targeting campaign restructuring and creative/landing page testing.
  • Monitor internal inventory levels and dynamically adjust advertising spend accordingly.
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC) repeat purchase behavior and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Help improve product listings to maximize conversion rates and coordinate upcoming product launches.
  1. Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards to track channel performance and trends.
  • Analyze competitive activity and changing marketplace trends.
  • Provide clear actionable recommendations directly to leadership based on data insights.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 3 years managing performance marketing for e-commerce or CPG brands.
  • Marketplace Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and Walmart Connect.
  • Paid Social & Search: Proven success scaling campaigns across Meta Ads Google Ads YouTube and TikTok Shop.
  • Financial Acuity: Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets profitably with a focus on contribution margin.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with food beverage snack or Shopify-based brands.
  • Experience running campaigns on Reddit Ads or utilizing retail media networks like Instacart Ads.
  • Familiarity with CPG tools such as Helium10 Data Dive Pacvue Perpetua Quartile or Triple Whale.
  • Strong understanding of retail velocity and omnichannel strategy.
