Who are we looking for

Were looking for a People Services Coordinator Benefits to provide accurate and timely HR administrative and employee benefits support. This role will help deliver positive employee experience while ensuring quality confidentiality and compliance across People Services processes.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support the delivery of employee benefits processes and initiatives.
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
• Process employee transactions accurately in the HRIS and maintain records.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including open enrolment.
• Resolve service requests within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global teams and escalate complex requests when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies local labor requirements and confidentiality standards.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and HR administration.
• Experience using Oracle HRIS or similar systems plus Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global service-focused environment.

Work schedule:Monday to Friday / 7:00 am to 4:00 pm / Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

This job offer is based either inMakati or Quezon City.
