People Generalist

WHAT YOU DO

As a People Generalist you support the full people agenda by executing people processes assisting employees and managers and ensuring smooth recruitment onboarding development and engagement activities. You use people data and insights to guide actions coordinate initiatives and help create a fair compliant and supportive working environment.

You will:

• Execute and support employee lifecycle processes in line with agreed ways of working ensuring consistency and compliance
• Provide support to managers and employees by addressing inquiries guiding people processes and handling basic employee relations matters
• Coordinate and deliver people initiatives and activities that support business units and strengthen engagement
• Support recruitment onboarding training performance follow-up and talent development processes of the Store Management team
• Analyze and follow up on people data and KPIs to provide insights and support decision-making
• Contribute to a fair inclusive and safe working environment aligned with H&M standards and values

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Youll work closely with store and area teams partnering with managers employees and People colleagues to support business needs and deliver a consistent people experience.

This role will be reporting to the People Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people who

• Have a degree in Human Resources Business or similar or experience in a generalist people/HR role
• Have a good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and people practices
• Are organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Use data and insights to support decisions and improve ways of working

• Collaborative and supportive building strong relationships with managers and teams
• Clear communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented adaptable and proactive
• Passionate about people engagement and creating a fair and inclusive workplace
