People Development and Growth Manager

We are looking for a People Development & Growth Manager who is passionate about helping people succeednot just in their roles but in their careers.
This role is focused on supporting early-career professionals as they build confidence develop strong work habits and grow into the next stage of their careers. You will work closely with team members on the ground providing coaching guidance and everyday support to help them navigate real work challenges.

What Youll Do
Provide 1:1 and small group coaching to early-career employees
Guide team members in improving communication ownership time management and confidence at work
Be a consistent on-site presenceoffering real-time approachable support and coaching
Facilitate practical development sessions based on real workplace situations
Partner with team leaders to strengthen how they support and develop their teams
Help employees understand career progression and what it takes to grow within the company
Create a safe supportive environment where employees feel comfortable asking questions and learning

Strong interpersonal skills; approachable patient and able to build trust easily
Able to balance empathy with accountabilitysupportive but also results-oriented
Clear and practical communicator who can guide employees in a relatable way
Willing to be hands-on and actively engaged with teams on a daily basis
High level of emotional intelligence and awareness of team dynamics
Experience in fast-paced environments such as BPO agency or operations is an advantage

On-site role based in Bacolod City

Requirements
- 510 years of experience in coaching training people development or team leadership
- Experience working with fresh graduates or early-career employees
- Background in facilitation teaching or mentoring
- Can work from Tuesday to Saturday PH day and is amenable to shifting schedules especially the GY shift.
