Payroll Analyst

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of payroll processes legislative requirements and payroll-related matters for supported countries across the APAC region.
• Process payroll interfaces maintain payroll schedules and perform payroll interface data reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Digital Human Capital Management (DHCM) team on interface specification enhancements system changes and regression testing requirements.
• Conduct regression testing to validate payroll system changes and enhancements.
• Ensure payroll-related reports and files are securely transferred to and from payroll providers banking partners and business units.
• Review feedback from business units on payroll reports and ensure necessary updates are completed on the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business units and payroll vendors regarding payroll processing reports issues and inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service through timely responses accurate information proactive support and efficient processing of payroll-related requests and transactions.

• Bachelors degree in any 4-year course.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy privacy confidentiality and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• As the work requires supporting other APAC countriesmust be flexible with working hours and schedule adjustments based on business and operational requirements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience supporting APAC payroll operations is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and any Payroll system is a plus.
