Partner Relations Coordinator

The Partner Relations Coordinator supports CGIs Multilingual employees by coordinating onboarding documentation and HR-related activities.
You will work closely with employees and internal support teams to ensure processes are completed accurately efficiently and on time.

Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Coordinate visa and work permit documentation and related processes.
Provide administrative support for HR-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to address employee requests and requirements.
Respond to employee inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Ensure tasks and documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Keep up to date with relevant policies procedures and processes.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements
Willingness to work full-time on site and in shifts as required by the business.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Previous experience in HR administration employee services or a similar role is an advantage.
