Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Source high-quality candidates for primarily:
Research Engineers
Research Scientists
(Occasionally) GTM and other technical/startup roles
Use tools like LinkedIn GitHub Google Scholar Juicebox and other creative sourcing methods
Identify strong candidates based on specific hiring signals we provide
Send outreach using pre-built email sequences (via Juicebox)
Continuously refine sourcing based on direct feedback from our team and clients
No candidate screening
No writing candidate submissions
No scheduling or coordination
No pipeline tracking or CRM management
Experience sourcing talent (agency startup or technical recruiting preferred)
Strong ability to identify top-tier candidates (not just keyword matching)
Resourceful - comfortable using multiple tools and digging beyond surface-level profiles
Fast independent and detail-oriented
Bonus: experience sourcing for AI/ML or research-heavy roles
