Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee will:

  • Perform in delivery capacity to ensure all OPCOS customer payments are received at LBU level and fullyoptimised in terms of collection and appropriate allocation
  • Follow core Accounts Receivable processes to ensure highly accurate customer payment collection andsubsequent allocation
  • Execute unallocated credits (UCRs)
  • Execute unidentified payments & collection posting (matching in MSNav)
  • Ensure all Accounts Receivable KPIs / KIIs are delivered against working closely with other CSC teamsbranch and finance team to ensure performance / customer satisfaction achieved.
  • Conduct customer payment process review constantly
  • Personally responsible for payment allocation and associated MSNav master data payment accuracy
  • Execute identified OTC/Finance programmes regarding payment processes and works closely withCommercial and Shared Services to ensure co-ordinated delivery of results.
  • Responsible for assistance in report creation where requiredWorks with branch teams (Ops Productions Distribution) to ensure co-ordinated approach re OTC accountsreceivable process

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS CAPABILITIES & SKILLS:

  • Graduate of a four-year course preferably accountancy or
    business related.
  • 2 years experience in Account Receivables Customer
    Service Finance Commercial Sales Marketing or otherrelated roles
  • Excellent understanding of the business ideally with anin-depth knowledge of customer service operation /commercial / sales support/ billing and OTC processes
  • Good negotiation complex payment and allocation issues skills
  • Broad Commercial / Credit Management knowledge &strong financial knowledge
  • Strong influence and impact
  • Able to establish credibility with internal/externalcustome
  • Enhanced analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of order to cash process
