Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications supporting learning training administration reporting and education-related business processes.
• Build and enhance Java/Spring Boot REST APIs that integrate learning platforms Oracle databases and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain React-based front-end components that provide responsive functional and user-friendly learning applications.
• Create and maintain PL/SQL queries procedures functions and packages to support application features reporting and data management.
• Contribute throughout the SDLC including coding testing debugging deployment code reviews Agile ceremonies and production support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field.
• 35 years of professional software development experience with hands-on experience in Oracle APEX Java and Oracle Database.
• Practical experience developing Oracle APEX applications with knowledge of Java/Spring Boot REST APIs and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with React modern JavaScript full-stack development and system integrations.
• Experience in Agile and CI/CD environments with knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps and strong analytical troubleshooting collaboration and English communication skills.
