About the Job:

We are looking for an Oracle Technology Senior Manager to join our clients Business Application Consulting team and lead the successful delivery of Oracle-based solutions and transformation this role you will oversee project portfolios manage high-performing teams and ensure operational excellence across multiple engagements. You will be responsible for driving project profitability maintaining delivery quality and building strong client relationships while supporting the implementation and optimization of Oracle technologies and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of Oracle technology projects ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage project performance budgets profitability and operational metrics.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams across multiple engagements.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Drive the implementation optimization and support of Oracle technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor project risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Mentor coach and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth.
• Analyze project and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and promote a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards governance policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant work experience including at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven experience leading Oracle technology ERP or cloud transformation projects.
• Exposure to multiple cloud implementations and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS and PaaS delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent business writing presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately if possible.
