Role Overview: This role is responsible for managing product documentation maintaining accurate records and coordinating communication among operations teams subcontractors and stakeholders. The position requires correspondence supporting procurement and logistics and assisting with overall business operations. Strong organizational analytical and communication skills are essential along with attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
What youll do as Operations Project Support:
Manage product documentation filing and record-keeping.
Facilitate communication between operations teams subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Handle correspondence emails and phone calls related to project activities
Comply with companies procurement policy
Familiarity with business operational activities
You are:
Minimum 2 years of experience providing primary administrative support to Operations including coordinating customer site access managing medical requirements and handling document management.
Proactive team player with a strong ability to support cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office Suite) and specialized systems for tracking and reporting.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve issues related to product handling and administrative processes.
Strong commitment to Quality Health Safety and Environmental (QHSE) practices to ensure a secure work environment.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
